It looks like L.Joe will be going ahead with his lawsuit against TOP Media.
Mediation between the two parties fell through. When L.Joe filed for a nullification of contract with TOP Media, TOP Media requested that L.Joe stay with them for the remainder of his contract period as TEEN TOP (about 10 more months). However, both sides could not come to an agreement.
The Korea Entertainment Management Association said, "L.Joe recently brought up his lawsuit regarding his contract with TOP Media to the court. He wants to solve it through the court. His lawyer is trying to receive the judgment as to whether he can nullify his contract or not through the court. They are saying the label is an obstacle to his entertainment activities."
