In her upcoming tvN drama 'The Liar and His Lover', Red Velvet's Joy will be playing the role of Yoon So Rim, a girl who looks ordinary at first glance but who sports a very bright smile and an equally bright, refreshing singing voice. She learns of love and of pursuing a singing career after meeting genius composer Kang Han Kyeol, played by Lee Hyun Woo.
