Irene revealed the secret to Red Velvet's great team work!

On the March 3 broadcast of 'Unnies' Slam Dunk 2', Super Junior's Leeteuk and Red Velvet joined as the special guests to share useful tips to the members.

During the talk, Leeteuk asked Red Velvet how they deal with arguments. In response, Irene answered, "We did what's called '5-minute Talk'. It's good because we take the time to tell one another about the things that we're thankful and sorry for, as well as disappointed in."

By doing so, they'll just become closer ♥

I'm about to start using their way of dealing with arguments, it sounds really good

If a group of people have fights or different arguments, it's a proof that they actually care for each other. People don't always have the same opinion (I mean, come on don't we see that here every time in Allkpop?) That's what makes human beautiful, each human-being has different way of thinking regardless what Irene said is true or not

They're cute with the resolution method xD Talking it out seems to be the best solution. It's better to voice it out rather than bottling up, leading to grudges. Rv babies continue to stay united for a long time ~ ♡

Lmao, all the stupid ass bitches in the comment section trying to hate on Irene, you don't know shit, like all your nugu faves don't argue~ that's totally normal- how the fuck do you resolve your fucking problems?

ikr it sounds like they know everything about red velvet. but actually they know nothing. I have watch a few of their video and they seems like they really close to each other. the one who said their friendship is fake is the one who didn't know anything.

ellazh12 Friday, March 3, 2017

honestly i feel like they dont actually get along with eachother. seulgi is the most genuine one i think.

This is a standard practice for groups that have to work together and where interpersonal stress can build up because you don't really get a break from one another like you do with most co-workers when you go home at the end of the day. Fraternities and Sororities do a similar thing. People need to vent sometimes at each other and the idea is to not let folks leave until they have had their say and resolved the issue. Sometimes you might even bring in a professional counselor to act as a moderator if you know things will get real heated and someone impartial would help facilitate a resolution. I imagine this is standard procedure for SM with its groups. As they are formed up they discuss conflict resolution and similar issues as those sorts of things can destroy a group from the inside very quickly.

If that's the case, poor them then LOL. It's not going to work, probably. Who will be the member kicked out? Maybe Irene, and the reason will be because she's too busy doing laundry and the group will become her second priority. Oh no, I forgot, leaders are those who usually kick someone out, not who's kicked out. Silly me. Just kidding, though. Not really. Kind of!

Well when you live with someone for so long and you're constantly with them, you're beyond friendship at that point. its like living with siblings, you're bound to argue at one point. it's good and healthy that they at least talk through the misunderstandings. i would be more worried if they weren't and building up frustrations with each other. this is how you keep a business and friendship alive for years to come.
