According to the police department in Yongin, back on January 31, an 11-year old boy was found unconscious on top of a flower bed in an apartment complex in Yongin, Seoul.
He was immediately rushed to the hospital, however, he was later pronounced dead.
A witness claimed, "I heard a loud 'thud' noise so I went ahead with the security officer and found the boy laying there."
It was revealed that the boy jumped from his study room balcony located at the top of the 10-story building. No suicide note was found.
Police personnel stated that the boy had an argument with his mother about his school grades. His mother then left the room after telling her son to, "think about it." Causing the boy to take action shortly afterward, jumping to his death.
Meanwhile, the police are currently investigating the case.
