AOA set a new record on 'A Hyung I Know'!

The JTBC variety show had previously had their highest rating with Lee Si Young's episode with 3.9%. However, AOA's episode overcame that record with a rating of 4.2%. It's 1.3% higher than the previous episode's 2.9%, and 0.3% higher than the previous record.

This brings 'A Hyung I Know' even closer to the difficult 5% wall for cable variety shows. AOA's episode was packed full of hilarious moments, so the show will have to work harder to overcome the girls' wit and humor.

i think after i watch this episode,AOA is not on stage who talk about who more famous who... they are 6 years Group......, so i think other member is more concern about someone more famous is REAL.... SNSD have through moment when Yoona more famous, but they can overcome that when 2010 all member become famous..... ok, they are big three, but i think FNC handle AOA more equal....

happy for them,i hope dey win diz week!!1!!!

The knetz reactions weren't that great but let's be real, which female celeb wouldn't want to be more famous than Seolhyun and be the one getting the cash?

uzorai shannnnt Sunday, January 8, 2017

buh i tot she do share d money among her bandmates

shannnnt uzorai Monday, January 9, 2017

Yes but it's not just about the money but the career. AOA isn't going to last forever they need something more in order to continue doing well after going separate ways.

Sorry to break it to you all but ALL JTBC programs got better ratings lately since JTBC was the first to report the start of the corruption scandal and since then they've been on a roll in reporting the development of the scandal. All their news programs and variety shows have been doing way better since. Yes, AOA might have helped too tho

pablo27 iisstf28 Sunday, January 8, 2017

KBros. was actually already on a roll when they changed their concept to the classroom thing... the biggest thing after that was the Red Velvet episode... since then they had IOI, Twice, Lovelyz, Gfriend and other popular idols... AOA had the highest ratings but the other groups did really well too... considering that there was talk of cancelling the show before RV came along...

You're right! Knowing bros was gaining popularity again, but they skyrocket even more when JTBC got a lot of attention.

pablo27 iisstf28 Monday, January 9, 2017

True dat... positive attention always helps...

Guys, there were a lot of articles praising AOA for being funny on the show. Netizenbuzz didn't translate those because 1. The mod hates Seolhyun 2. They only translate negative comments. My point is that some people have to stop believing that everything you read there represents how all people felt. It even says on the website that it doesn't.

But arent most of those nice 'articles' from pann and instiz? Because those are just fan posts that dont reflect the general public's opinion, Naver and Nate do

hahahaha buh to b sincere i really like neitzenbuzz

AOA Group has a *lot* going for them in a *positive* manner. The only worry that they have it, might be that SEOLHYUN might choose to leave AOA when her contract ends with FNCe Agency. The 'negative' chatter about AOA Group is largely TROLL noise in my view. Using the SEOLHYUN/JIMIN 'history controversy' as a 'lever' to rant about K-pop in general.

FragleDagle Sunday, January 8, 2017

I wonder if this will encourage FNC to promote the group as a whole in the future.

PINKBLACK Sunday, January 8, 2017

they are getting close to the 5% if you know what I mean.

pablo27 PINKBLACK Sunday, January 8, 2017

Yeong Cheol be shittin' in his pants... lol...

uzorai pablo27 Sunday, January 8, 2017

pls filll me i dont undastad

PINKBLACK uzorai Sunday, January 8, 2017

before the show was popular kim young chul sarcastically made a promise to leave the show if it reaches 5% since he's not funny on the show, now that the show gained more popularity, the others tease him always saying that he's close to leave as they are getting close to 5%

finally some good news for AOA

dorina2 Sunday, January 8, 2017

That the other members behaved bad towards Seolhyun in the episode... something like this... because Chanmi said that she wants to become more popular that Seolhyun... but of course whatever...

dorina2 Sunday, January 8, 2017

Sorry i was replying to someone.... who asked why knetz aren't happy with AOA's behaviour.

pink_oracle dorina2 Sunday, January 8, 2017

If any member of SNSD said they wanted to become more famous than YoonA people would have laughed and said how charming their cheeky comments was.

Nutelladela pink_oracle Sunday, January 8, 2017

that's probably because everyone knows each individual SNSD member, even the "less popular" ones, make a LOT of money on their own (they all own expensive cars and houses), so no one would take it seriously if the other SNSD members talked about being more popular than one another. With AOA it's a different story, Seolhyun makes a lot of money whereas the rest don't (as Choa made very clear in her interview) so it's no longer a lighthearted matter.

pink_oracle Nutelladela Sunday, January 8, 2017

Isn't AOA one of the groups that still split all earnings equally?
