On the December 27 airing of 'Wonderful Day', Kim Gu Ra mentioned the dating rumors and said, "Several days ago, Ye Jung Hwa asked me if I'm dating Kim Jung Min. I said to her, 'What kind of gibberish is that? I'm a dog if I contact her personally'."

Kim Gu Ra continued to express disbelief toward the rumors, and said, "At that time, I just ignored it and let it slide but when I went to another broadcasting station, a lot of the producers were talking about it. I've been on a broadcast with Kim Jung Min several times but the producers even decided not to cast her on the same show with me."
He once again emphasized that the rumors are completely untrue, and said, "I'm the same age as her mother. It's nonsense."
