A Pink's Eunji appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Hello' on December 19!

On this day, she said, "There are a lot of girl group collaboration stages at the end of the year, and I witnessed something then. On the back of our [fan] sign, there was another girl group [name written there]."

The MCs asked which girl group it was, and Eunji said, "G-Friend. I thought I hadn't seen that oppa in a while. Now I see he went over there [to G-Friend]!" making everyone laugh.

Some people in the comments section are blowing this "incident" way out of proportion. We're talking about 1 fan here not a big group of fans.Still though, this is common I'm afraid. Any long time K-pop fan will tell you that this is how it has always been. K-pop fans, particularly Korean ones are always on the lookout for newer "cooler" idols to stan. As most of you probably know trend is very important to the younger generation in Korea and once a trend has outstayed it's welcome then it's "time to move on." Honestly I think it's silly. Just a reminder though, to all of you younger fans who keep gloating about Twice and GFriend and so on just remember that in 10 years time, maybe a bit later or even sooner fans will start moving on.Just to clarify, that last part was not directed to all fans of new gen groups. I like them too, this is just directed at those who are using their idols current popularity to trash other groups.
