Roy Kim has been revealed to have donated 4 million KRW (approximately 3,500 USD) to a patient suffering from neurofibroma.
An insider told Ilgan Sports, "Roy Kim donated 4 million KRW for rare disease neurofibroma patient Shim Kyun Hee's surgery." Roy Kim is in USA right now, but he saw the broadcast about the patient on TV and decided to donate 2 million KRW twice to the surgery.

Roy Kim is well known for his continuous donating. He's been donating since he was in high school, and he also donated all of his 50 million KRW (approximately 44,000 USD) win from 'Superstar K4'.
