According to actor Kawk Si Yang, he's the reason why IOI couldn't use the group name 101. 
On the October 28 broadcast of 'Unnies' Slam Dunk', Kwak Si Yang joined the group as a guest, and Kim Sook asked, "Do you live by yourself?", and he answered, "No, I currently live with my members."

Next, Ra Mi Ran asked, "Members? Are you an idol?" Kim Sook responded on behalf of Kwak Si Yang, saying, "They're a band." Kwak Si Yang then revealed that his band's name is One O One, which made Ra Mi Ran automatically think of IOI.
Kwak Si Yang responded to Ra Mi Ran's reaction by saying, "They couldn't use that name because we had it first."
