Viewers have pointed out the lack of safety precautions taken in the filming of SBS's 'Incarnation of Money' as well as the wrong message it sends.

On the 13th episode of the drama that aired on October 5, Gong Hyo Jin rides on the back of a motorcycle in one scene - but she does not wear a helmet.

Regarding this, a rep stated on October 6, "During production, we should have made sure she was wearing her helmet, but we failed to do so.  We will pay more heed from now on."

The top comments to the official statement read, "Although I do wonder whether people could be going too far when it's just a drama, it is on a public network that anyone could watch.. so I do think it's a given that people would criticize this," "In Korea, when doctors wear manicures and their hair blows in the wind... people always compliment it and shield it as long as the drama is fun... shivers," and, "While watching... I thought... that she did not wear a helmet... and it'd become a problem..."

What do you make of it?

There is no helmet  law statute in Illinois. Motorcyclists in my state decided that's their right to die if anything happens. As adults, it's their choice.

man... viewers have sooooooooooooooooooooo much time on their hands in Korea!!!!   they must be just SO tuned into these dramas.... nitpicking EVERY detail... its embarrassing really.....

Not trying to be a jerk but it's a drama. People always got a brick up their ass. Don't worry about Pyo Na Ri, worry bout yourself.

I think the concern is mainly that the actress could be injured and secondary because it sends the message it's okay to ride without a helmet. I love motorcycles but they are dangerous and safety gear is a must. A lot of my coworkers refuse to ride them after dealing with so many patients that have come into the ED after being involved in wrecks on them. It's good the filming was done without injury and hopefully they will be more mindful if they film another scene like it.

It's not just she didn't wear a helmet in the drama. This is different, obviously if she's not wearing it in the drama, she didn't wearing it during filming when a helmet should be worn on a motorcycle at all times. It's not just she's "promoting" dangerous actions, she could have been put in danger during the filming.

Wearing a helmet should be mandatory. And to those that say "It's uncomfortable", my reply is..... so is a wheelchair.

For safety reason it's understandable but I also think they should always wear a helmet because it isn't promoted enough and is a good example for people. Especially young people who think it's uncomfortable or ugly.

At first I was like "but that happens in real life", and then I realised that the actress could've been hurt if something went wrong. It makes sense...

This is my concern to the people around my area too.
