B1A4's Jinyoung expresses affection for IOI

B1A4's Jinyoung expressed affection for IOI during an interview with TV Report.

Jinyoung and IOI's relationship started on Mnet's 'Produce 101', and ever since, they have been keeping close. Jinyoung even composed the song "Hold On" for IOI's recent album, while he was busily filming for drama 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds'.

When asked to share a thought about IOI, Jinyoung said, "I feel like they are another me because I went through the same thing as them. I had the dreams they had and had the same thoughts. It amazes me to see them succeed after seeing what they went through. I can relate to them, and even though I'm lacking, I want to be able to give something to them."

As for the track "Hold On", Jinyoung said, "I was asked to write a song when I was filming for the drama. I was happy and also thought I was lucky. I don't think I should find it tiring to be working a lot. I think it's my job to complete the tasks given to me well. So I said I'll make time, and I'll love to do it."
