Everyone loves Gary because he's a sweet, naive guy who can be just as "mung" as his Monday Couple counterpart Song Ji Hyo at times - but that's not the only reason! He amps up drama when his Mr. Random Capable or Sudden Commander side suddenly comes out, like when he figures out Lee Kwang Soo's maze revenge plot! He definitely earned those nicknames. Turns out when he really puts his mind to it and wants something, he becomes as skillful as commander Kim Jong Kook! And fans love seeing him go from underdog to commander on top.

A random Mr. Capable is brilliant but Go Straight Gary and Stress Gary were my favorite. I just like Gary he seems like a really nice guy and he's funny. And to be honest he's my favorite Running Man member - I love them all but if he wasn't there it'd be less enjoyable for me cos well he's my eye candy in the show lol. (Find it really annoying when they call him ugly)
