Before the episode aired, 'Radio Star's production crew revealed Kyung Li became emotional on the show while talking about a past remark she made for the sake of entertainment that ended up hurting somebody greatly.
Now the whole story was unveiled when the episode aired on August 3! On this day, Kyuhyun first said to her, "I heard that you cried three times in the pre-recording interview. I heard in particular that you wailed in lament while thinking of your CEO who got hate comments because of you."
She then revealed how she had appeared on 'Bon Boon Olympic' in the past. Kyung Li relayed, "At the time, during the broadcast, I was asked whether I had any last words I wanted to say to my CEO. I said, 'The company CEO acknowledges Hyungsik's greeting but not mine,' and that blew up in the news. The next day, I went to see the CEO. I'd just said that because it was a variety show, but many malicious comments came out of it, so I felt sorry. I asked him, 'Did you see the comments?' and told him not to feel hurt by them, but the CEO said to me, 'I get hurt, too,'" and she began tearing up on the show, expressing her immense guilt.
She continued, "At the time, my CEO was up on the search lists. It hurt my heart so much. I told the CEO that I really liked him, so I was sorry for talking badly about him on TV, and he called me and told me, 'You don't have to worry about stuff like that.'"
