The drama's creator/writer Lee Sung Eun, producer Jo Nam Gook, along with actors Kim Hyun Joo, Joo Sang Wook, Kim Tae Hoon, Ji Soo, and many others were present at the drama's first table-read which took place this past July 20 at the JTBC headquarters.
It was reported that despite gathering for the first time, the actors displayed tight teamwork and maintained a cheery atmosphere throughout with lots of laughter.
Producer Jo relayed, "It's the first time there was so much laughter during a table-read. I want to deliver this bright and refreshing energy directly to the viewers. I'm so happy and excited to work with a good script and such great actors."
Kim Hyun Joo, who will take on the main female lead, relayed, "The script was great but after I participated in the read-through with the other actors and actresses, it was definitely more fun and I got a good feeling from it. I'm looking forward to [working on the drama]." Male lead Joo Sang Wook said, "The table-read can be difficult but it is also the most exciting. Seeing the perfect chemistry among the actors, I think it will be an incredibly fun project."
