YG Entertainment is planning to make their very own variety show. On the 19th, an insider of the variety industry revealed to Ilgan Sports that, “YG is planning their own variety show with SBS. They were able to agree with each other and have decided to work together for the upcoming project. The public will be able to watch a variety show that YG has created very soon.” It is unusual for YG Entertainment to produce a variety show as the company was founded in 1996 and debuted large scale singers such as BIGBANG, 2NE!, WINNER, iKON, and BLACKPINK. The industry itself is watching YG’s movements as they are probably envious of YG for widening their range through a variety show production after succeeding in their artist management. YG representative have stated that they will produce a unique variety show with creative and original contents. It seems like they have plans to become a company that handles various areas in entertainment. YG celebrated their 20 years anniversary in May. After the founding in 1996, they created groups such as Jinusean, 1TYM, BIGBANG, 2NE1, WINNER, iKON, BLACKPINK and raised “world stars”. Recently, they have contracted with A-list actors such as Cha Seung Won, Choi Ji Woo, Kang Dong Won, Kim Hee-ae, along with entertainers, Ahn Young Mi and Yoo Byung Jae. trans: @chrissy96_

BLACKPINK BOOMBAYAH MV is now  14, 160, 429 millions view!

The shout out "Oppa!" is very catchy. Why do I keep thinking Black Pink is like a baby version that will grow like 2NE1?

LOL it seems like YG's tactic is to mention a debut like 4 years before and then debut them 4 years later so that it's almost like they already debuted and you were waiting for a comeback -- because this much talent and awesomeness and explosive popularity is amazing for a rookie group that just debuted!

I think they're a style that men would like too. They're pretty, way prettier than their MV.If this group isn't considered pretty, then what is??? And for a group you all keep claiming isn't popular, they've been #1 on the charms for days now so stop hating you SM fans

I like them all though, better yet, I don't have a bias.... I just like Lisa more at the moment and that could change

coco_puffs Monday, August 15, 2016

I don't want to embarrass Black Pink nor my bias (Lisa) by berating them with stan comments, so I just wanna say (good luck) ;-) oh, and (dream about us) to Lisa~ <3 ^-^'
