Former EXO member Kris (Wu Yi Fan) is reported to be seeking monetary compensation for the recent scandals involving his alleged ex-girlfriends.
On June 23, one Chinese media outlet reported, "After his agency made their statement on the 16th concerning Kris' recent online slander, Kris officially filed a lawsuit for defamation of character through a law office for civil court." According to the report, Kris is seeking 220,000 yuan (~$33,443 USD) in damages, and he's also expressed his intent to move forward firmly with his lawsuit.
The mess began last week when a woman claiming to be Kris' ex-girlfriend posted photos of a man, supposedly Kris, in bed, but her claims were soon found to be false. Earlier this week, another woman who claimed to be Kris' former girlfriend posted audio of an exchange between herself and the star. Most recently, Kris' mother has also gotten involved.
