Yoochun was accused of assaulting a Ms. Lee on June 10, and though she went onto withdraw her claim, the police have stated they will continue their investigation. Today, another woman filed a report stating she was also sexually assaulted by the JYJ member.

C-JeS has now come out with an official statement, saying:

"Hello. This is C-JeS Entertainment.

We apologize for the worry caused by the continued scandalous incidents. The recent reports concerning Yoochun's second sexual assault is also false, and we will take legal action. The first case is currently being investigated, and we believe that it will be revealed as false. It's regrettable to hear news of another lawsuit when Yoochun hasn't been summoned for the first case yet.

Yoochun has suffered a great mental shock. We ask that you refrain from reporting false, sensational news and that you wait for the investigation results.

If Yoochun is found guilty of committing the crimes, he will retire from the entertainment industry."

DEAR GOD, Why is there so much negativity & hate in people's mind & heart?? What goes around, comes around. The negativity/hate you sent out into this universe will engulf your life. You have to pay for your negativity. The moment you send hate, you are bringing your soul energy level down down down. Next time if something bad happens to you, just remember it's because of your negativity. It's good to follow news but DON'T INDULGE in gossip, slander, judging & hate. If you support him, comment "I support him". If you don't support him, comment "I wish the truth will surface soon". Don't prolong the discussion unnecessarily and waste yours & others time. Life is simple, don't complicate it unnecessarily. Live & let live, don't rub your opinions on others & don't think you're right either. I suggest you all start reading philosophy & expand your mind towards love & positivity rather than wasting your time in dissing people/celebrities.

My problem with these cases is that there's no way to get a proper investigation. As soon as a claim comes out, C-JeS threatens to file a lawsuit. It's one thing to protect your artist, but it's another to toss around threats. State you're standing by your artist, but don't make threats for lawsuits now because it sways the investigation. IF there is something, you're shutting down these women. This is part of the reason WHY sex assaults aren't reported: Fear and retaliation. Dropping a case doesn't mean it didn't happen either. In some cases, yes; perhaps. But not always. To me, this is getting in the way of an investigation. It's far to no one.

Wow. Just read an article that JYJ fansite stops all support for Yoochun. If these are his fans, I even don´t want to meet his haters. Nothing has been proved yet and they already slay their Idol? Why don´t they just stay still until there are any results of the investigation? Now the results are totally worthless, because being guilty or not doesn´t change peoples already spoken verdict. One of the points, those so called fansite invokes, is, that he entered an Establishment that sells sex.......I so bet, that he was probably in quite some good company. In which dreamworld do these people live at all? Idols are nothing but human and sometimes they have needs. South Korean men are no exception to that fact.

I've believe he wouldn't do such a thing. I mean I think these people is trying to look for fame for calling out a celebrity.

I'm just gonna stand here and wait for the police reports to come out... it will be a shame if these turn out to be true though...

It's such a shame if he is found guilty. I really like him as an actor though. But then again there's no smoke without fire. These girls must have something going on for them to report him.
