The press conference for tvN's variety show 'Father and I' took place on May 27 where Eric Nam revealed how his father reacted to hearing he'll be on TV.
"I'm on comfortable terms with my father," he began. �"He's my role model. �Of course I was unable to talk about all of this and that with my father like a friend, but we did converse honestly. �I even freely asked him for advice on my troubles. �We were close since I was young. �When the casting offer came in, I was a bit concerned about it. �My heart was not at ease about it. �However, my father turned out to have ambitions for TV. �He started a diet stating that he'll get rid of his belly fat right away," and laughed.
