On April 4, Lee Hyun was rushed to the emergency room and diagnosed with Influenza B. As a result, his label Big Hit Entertainment called an immediate halt to all of the singer's activities, preventing Homme from holding any comeback stages for their recent single "Just Come To Me".
On April 16, Big Hit Entertainment took to Twitter again to announce that Lee Hyun has fully recovered! They wrote, "Hello, this is Big Hit Entertainment. Thanks to numerous encouragements, Lee Hyun has recovered and will resume normal activities next week. Homme's musical 'Romantic Muscle' will take place on April 20, 24, and 26 with more information on tickets available on the website. Homme will also attend a recording of KBS's 'Open Concert' on April 22. We sincerely thank all fans who encouraged Lee Hyun, and we will do our best to present a better image in the future."
