SM Entertainment confirmed the news on March 16, stating, "It's true that Heechul is currently preparing a duet. The details have not been worked out yet. We'll let you know when the schedule is set."
Heechul recently posted to his SNS, "Charismatic from behind, manly man, composing a track, coming out soon, music video, writing a scenario," letting fans that they should expect something soon.
