He was in Thailand for his summery photoshoot, and he revealed that he was preparing to act in Korea as well. He said, "I'm kind of greedy about wanting to act, but I'm not greedy about what kind of role I play. Right now, I want to act a character that matches me. I'm okay with light roles or comical roles. I believe my time will come if I work hard."
He also talked about his 'nice boy' image, and said, "I'm already 29. I think it's boring for someone who's almost 30 to just be nice. I say what I don't like, and I think that could be off-putting to some people."
He also talked about golf, saying, "When I have the golf club in my hand, I can toss everything away and focus on just myself and the game. No matter what happens, I can't control everything up to the result. So I decided to focus on what I like and what I want to do."
