As you know, it's the Lunar New Year over in South Korea, a time to spend surrounded by your loved ones and eat some delicious food to fatten yourself up a bit with.
In light of the Lunar New Year, Seoul Institute of the Arts conducted a survey that asked a total of 734 undergraduates which popular star that they would most like to bring home to introduce to their families for the holiday.
Among the 406 male students, nearly a third, or 113 of them picked Seolhyun, which doesn't come as much of a surprise as she has been a trending star for quite some time. In second place came Red Velvet's Irene, taking 101 of the votes. G-Friend's Yerin came in third place, IU in fourth, and Taeyeon in fifth.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, the most popular male star among the female student body was Park Bo Gum, who took 109 of the 328 votes. He sure is popular among the ladies! The second most popular male star was Yoo Seung Ho. Ryu Joon Yeol, Yoo Ah In, and Yeo Jin Goo took third, fourth, and fifth place, respectively.
