In an unexpected turn of events, Jellyfish's Kim Se Jung beat JYP's Jeon So Mi on the February 19 airing of 'Produce 101,' taking first place during the show's very first ranking announcement ceremony! 

Both Kim Se Jung and Jeon So Mi were the nominees for first place, but ultimately, Kim Se Jung took the top spot. Kim Se Jung's win automatically places her in the center until the next ranking announcement ceremony.

Kim Se Jung relayed gratefully, "Mom. I'll make sure that you'll only walk a flowery path from now on. Grandpa and grandma, please don't be sick. I love you."
