A rep for the popular tvN show said on January 22, "During their reward vacation in Phuket, they headed to Africa to film for 'Youth Over Flowers'."
Park Bo Gum's side stated, "Ryu Joon Yeol, Ahn Jae Hong and Go Kyung Pyo who were enjoying their vacation in Phuket were kidnapped by producer Na Young Suk and are headed to Africa. Park Bo Gum of course didn't know about this and he had to suddenly leave [for Africa] too."
The staff and cast of 'Reply 1988' headed to Phuket, Thailand for vacation after the show ended, and Park Bo Gum had just come back to Korea for 'Music Bank'. And now they're all currently filming in Africa!
But you might be wondering, "Dong Ryong, where are you?". Unfortunately, Lee Dong Hwi wasn't able to join because he's filming the movie 'One Line' and his CF filming schedule overlaps with the filming for 'Youth Over Flowers'.
Update: The four actors will be filming in the country of Namibia.

The guys will return to Korea in early February, and the first broadcast date for 'Youth Over Flowers Africa' is projected to air mid February.
