His label Brand New Music revealed that his wife Kang Da Hye was currently 3 months pregnant, and added, "It's good news for a new year, so we hope a lot of people congratulate them. Please also look forward to his new album."

He married DJ Kang Da Hye in June 2014. She's a talented musician who worked with artists such as Epik High, Kim Bum Soo, Dynamic Duo, and Leessang.
