On November 1, the Busan Public Prosecutor's Office announced that they have booked a Busan high school teacher identified as 'A' without detention.
According to the prosecution, 'A', who is a male in his mid-50's, said to a 16-year-old female student back in March, "Are you tired because you were watching porn? What were you doing with your college boyfriend all night?" Furthermore, in July, 'A' was reported to have made more sexually inappropriate remarks to the same student. He said to her, "Did you not grow tall because you had your period early?"
The allegations also state that 'A' also told a sophomore male student in June, "Since you are stupid, you can only make a living off your grandfather's inheritance. Why don't you just go work at a factory?" verbally abusing him. 'A' used more demeaning speech against the student, targeting his father who is a college professor and his mother. He allegedly said to the student, "Did your father get fired after he touched the students at an all-girls' university?" and, "Come back after you feel up your mom's tits a bit more."

The prosecutor in charge of this case stated, "The nature of 'A's crime, which 'A' sincerely believes is a simply a joke, is incredibly offensive, and the students have requested to punish him severely, so we have booked him without detention. To prevent this kind of incident occurring again, we are going to deal with him legally."
