Star Empire files complaint against person who created inappropriate poster using Kyung Li's picture

Previously, Star Empire relayed their intention to take legal action against someone who used Nine Muses Kyung Li's picture from a lingerie shoot in a lewd promotional poster that was seen on a college campus. �

On October 5, the agency revealed that they have gone through with their threat, stating in an official statement regarding the misuse of her image on September 23 at a university festival without the consent of Kyung Li.

They wrote, "We've submitted a complaint against the party in question to the Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office in the afternoon of October 5 for the violation of the law related to the promotion of the Information Network System and preservation of information."

The agency reiterated its desire to take firm action against the spreading of malicious, defamatory content on and offline against the celebrities in their company.
