The first episode of 'Idol Star Athletics Championship (ISAC),' showed Girl's Day, AOA, Red Velvet, A Pink, Nine Muses, and EXID competing each other in women's wrestling. In the first round, EXID's Hyerin suppressed Nine Muses's Kyung Li in just two seconds; in the following round, Nine Muses' SungA beat Hani; last but not least, Nine Muses' Sojin won against EXID's Solji. With SungA and Sojin's wins, Nine Muses were able to win the first round, moving them up to the semi-finals.

In the second round, AOA beat Girl's Day, A Pink members won against Red Velvet, and in the last round before the semi-finals, T-ara was able to surpass Secret, completing the lineup for the semi-finals, with AOA, A Pink, T-ara, and Nine Muses.
