A researcher from the constitution review board was said to have been booked by the police for secretly filming the lower body of an unwary woman.�

The Seoul Metro Police Agency's Sexual Violence Investigation Team revealed that they booked a 40-year-old man identified as Mr. Jo. Jo is under suspicion of filming the lower half of a woman's body without her knowledge this past September 7 at Seoul's Gangnam subway station.�
Jo was employed as the constitutional court's research officer at the time of his arrest. A researcher from the constitution review board is a highly respected legal profession that requires the passing of the bar exam, graduation from the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and recommendations within the legal circle. Jo reportedly hid his identity as a legal professional and confessed while under the guise of being an ordinary citizen.�
A rep from the board stated, "It's true that Mr. Jo filmed a woman without her knowledge. As the matter is grave, we have removed him from the research board and reassigned him to a different division. Once the suspicions are confirmed, there will be discussions of disciplinary action."�
