We thought this day would never come, but it is finally here. SS501's Heo Young Saeng is finally back as a civilian as of today! As of the afternoon of July 30 KST, he has been discharged from carrying out his mandatory military service as a conscripted policeman.
He enlisted back on October 31, 2013, and after 21 months of fulfilling his duty in the Seoul Police Promotions Unit, he was discharged today. He seems to be full of smiles as he waves at the fans and press who gathered to welcome him bak.
Now that he's been discharged, he's said to be entering into talks with CI ENT about a possible contract signing!
