On TEEN TOP's official homepage on April 7, Niel announced that his title track is "Shim Koong" ("Heart Drops", "Heart Pounding") The medium tempo song is described as perfect for spring as it tells the story of the nervous feeling people get when they start to fall in love.
'Spring Love' is a repackage of Niel's debut solo album 'oNIELy'. He killed charts with "Lovekiller", so fans should definitely look forward to what he has to offer next.
