The bright dance song by
Duble Sidekickexpresses how a girl wants to break away from the 'monster' that induces her stress and worries. PMS is also a play on words as they are Park Myung Soo's initals. In the BTS footage at the end of the MV, Park Myung Soo also reveals that he thought the song was about him at first and later found out that it was about premenstrual syndrome.
