It has been belatedly revealed that on December 14, actress Clara filed a lawsuit at the Seoul Central District Court at the end of December against her agency for contract nullification on the grounds that she was sexually harassed by the President. It appears the agency is being called 'P Agency' in reports, an agency with which she signed a contract in July last year that would last until 2018.
While things are not clear at the moment, it appears 'P Agency' might be referring to Polaris Entertainment as previously in December, the report that Polaris Entertainment was suing Clara surprised everybody and neither party desired to talk about the case. It seems possible that this new development may shed some more light on the situation.
Media outlet Channel A recently reported that Clara had filed a lawsuit on the grounds she felt sexually harassed by the agency's chief, whereas the agency retaliated with accusations of defamation.

Clara's complaint stated, "I felt sexually harassed by the agency President's text messages and more." According to the Central District Court, her complaint mentioned Chief Lee of her agency who allegedly messaged her multiple times with texts, such as, "I'm married, but I have a girlfriend," and, "Unlike other celebrities, you're refreshing and heart-fluttering." He also allegedly asked her to come to where he was drinking at night. He had even thought that a Mr. Kim with whom she worked might be her boyfriend, so sent her the text, "If you marry, you'll be unhappy."
Clara's side stated, "Because of the sayings and doings of Mr. Lee, who is over 60 years old, she felt sexually harassed; in addition, he dismissed Mr. Kim and other managers on his own," so two months after she signed a contract with them, in September, she notified them that she wanted to cancel her contract. In December, she then proceeded to take the matter to court.
'P Agency' stated, "Clara's side, if anything, cut off the beginning and end, making Chief Lee seem like a strange person through defamation. As we accused Clara and her father, Lee Seung Gyu, on the charges of threat, the truth will soon be revealed."
