The incident occurred in the Gangnam district of Seoul. At the 0:20 mark in the news clip shown above, Mr. Yoo can be seen driving a Bentley at an unsafe speed before crashing into another car, causing a chain reaction of accidents in the middle of the street. A total of four cars were damaged; one car was even flipped over as a result. The news clip then shows that Mr. Yoo's Bentley loses a wheel, yet Mr. Yoo continues to drive another 500 meters (1640 feet).
The madness doesn't end there. Mr. Yoo apparently ditched the Bentley and proceeded to steal another, random vehicle. Mr. Yoo then drove into a tunnel where he got into yet another accident and rear-ended a car. Reportedly, when the police arrived at the scene, Mr. Yoo took off his clothes and made loud protests.
The police investigation revealed that Mr. Yoo was surprisingly not intoxicated at the time of the accidents. He is currently being tested for drugs and is being further investigated by the police.
