Although that situation had passed, it's been now revealed that Roy Kim is under fire once again. Composer Kim Hyung Yong filed a suit against the singer, claiming that Roy Kim plagiarized his song "From the Landscape of the Lord". The composer told OSEN, "After Roy Kim's 'Spring Spring Spring' was released, I had suspicions and downloaded the sheet music. I was able to confirm that it had an identical melody to the song I made in July 2012 that I did not release. I proved this to the court through files such as the emails I've sent to the producer, and I entered the suit after legal examination. Currenlty, the copyright committee is reviewing the suit."

However, CJ E&M are flustered by the suit, explaining, "The song by the composer who filed the suit was not even registered, and never even released. He's insisting that his sheet music was leaked and we plagiarized it. We're taking measures through our lawyer, and we're looking forward to the court bringing a rational sentence."
