Actor-singer Rain has denied that he is the man pictured in a nude photo that's been spreading on the internet.
Cube DC came forward to say that the rumors are completely false. The agency stated on November 13, "Rain is not in the picture in question. We're currently preparing to take legal action in terms of the photo and information that are currently being spread on the internet."
An alleged naked photo of Rain has been making its rounds on the web with the message, "Rain's girlfriend Kim Tae Hee lost her phone, and his naked photo has been leaked." The picture shows a man showering with his face obscured.
Rain's legal representation has also stated that the netizen who started the rumors will be responsible for defamation of character. The rep will be filing a suit on the 14th.
