SISTAR's Soyu said she didn't believe in dieting to lose weight.
Her groupmate Hyorin said that she didn't gain weight when she was promoting during a joint interview on 'Section TV'.
Soyu had to disagree. "I gain weight when I'm promoting," she said. "I really eat a lot. I eat and I eat, and when I really have an appetite, I don't think about my diet at all."
"I tend to just eat whatever I want," she continued. "Personally, I prefer to have some volume and a strong body rather than be very thin."
That's good advice!
