Another artist recently faced some criticism for comments he made on the subject of Ladies' Code's EunB and RiSe. Previously, SPEED's Taewoon stirred backlash�by commenting on netizens' efforts to have a Ladies' Code song rank first on music charts. Now, Bumkey's post has come to attention, especially with fans and netizens in an emotional state as they continue to mourn the deaths of the young idols.

On September 7, he had written, "There is a need for us to�change for the young friends who taught an important lesson to not only people in the same line of business, but also the entire country through their sacrifice due to this horrific accident."�

Although Bumkey's message may have been received well if he had stopped there, he had added, "While it is sorrowful, but when looking from that perspective, on one hand, I feel thankful towards them. Please go to a good place."

The last part of the comment about feeling thankful towards the girls particularly threw of netizens, who responded that he was insensitive to say he felt thankful for someone's passing. Bumkey quickly tweeted again in response, "My words of thanks was meant to say their sacrifice should not be in vain. �While the young friends were leaving, what words would they have wanted to leave the people remaining? �All I did was assume I had heard the words that were left unsaid in the thought that we should amend our behavior."

However both tweets were later deleted and he wrote again on the 7th and 8th, "If there were any misunderstandings, I'm sorry, it's just that I'm in sorrow," and�"I deleted the words that created a problem. �I again apologize for using words that could create misunderstanding when I was expressing my grief. �I will be careful not to have something like this happen again."
