Agency C-JeS Entertainment denied the rumors currently circulating that actress Song Ji Hyo will be transferring to another agency. One media had released a false report while quoting multiple reps, basically saying that Song Ji Hyo and C-JeS decided to go their separate ways. It also said that Song Ji Hyo was currently looking into another big agency.

On June 23, the agency stated, "Last week, when the headquarters received a telephone inquiry in relation to Song Ji Hyo being in the free agent market, we said, 'We don't have an exclusive contract, rather a verbal agreement for management based on faith,' explaining that the rumors of her transferring were groundless.
Rather than reconfirming with the headquarters and, even worse, not including C-JeS's statement from the phone call last week, [the media outlet] released this one-sided report. Because it released this false report without confirming personally with the actress, we are dealing with a storm of inquiries from the productions and CFs that were preparing contracts with Song Ji Hyo, so that the business is dealing with a huge problem. We officially request a corrected article."
