A YG Entertainment rep told MyDaily on the 10th, "It is true that Psy has finished working on his new album and is in talks for his comeback date. But because there are a lot of fluctuating circumstances, it is too early to reveal the official date."

"His comeback set for February has been postponed. We can't guarantee anything yet. Although it is highly likely that he will be the second YG artist to make a comeback in 2014 following 2NE1, it has not been confirmed yet.

Another rep sounded more certain that Psy was indeed the second YG artist to come back this year, stating to MBN, "Following 2NE1, Psy has been confirmed to be the second YG artist to make a comeback this year. YG plans to unleash the comebacks of Big Bang, Psy, 2NE1, and also the debuts of WINNER and Akdong Musician."

Psy already filmed his music video back in January, featuring cameos of�Snoop Dogg and his labelmate G-Dragon, but there hasn't been much update since then other than that the album has been delayed as�typical of YG-style to take their time to bring only the best.
