A few days ago, a Hong Kong media outlet had reported seeing Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and YoonA in a drunken state in the back alley of a club. Hyoyeon's friend, Tyler Kwon, had refuted this claim, stating it was his cousin and her friend.

SM Entertainment finally made their own statement on this situation. A rep said, "It is not true at all and the people in the pictures are not Girls' Generation."
The agency also said, "We are currently investigating why the article based on a nonsensical media report by Hong Kong's promotional side was written when it was not true . . . Even the Hong Kong press gets the feeling it is another nonsensical report from the gossip media."
