SM Entertainment recently revealed that EXO had sold a total of 910,973 albums of their 1st album and its repackage (as of most recent tally, selling 441,332 and 469,641 respectively). Even though the boys haven't promoted in a while, their album is still selling at a steady pace.

To put this in perspective, no artist has sold 1 million albums since 2001, the year when Kim Gun Mo's 7th album and g.o.d's 4th album both surpassed the 1 million milestone. Since the implementation of the online music market in 2005, EXO would be the first artist of this era to accomplish this remarkable feat.
