DMTN Daniel's 3rd hearing pushed back + arrest warrant filed for Bianca

DMTN's Daniel, Bianca Mobley, and others were supposed to have their third court hearing on June 4.

However, the date was pushed back by the justice department, and only 'D', who is currently being investigated under arrest, was in attendance. Daniel's lawyer explained, "The justice department changed the trial date, so we did not go to court. We were not given the details on why the date was changed."

However, Bianca Mobley was once again not present, and the court announced, "Even though we requested Bianca Mobley's attendance multiple times and warned her, she has not attended. We will be issuing a warrant for her arrest."

Bianca Mobley had been warned before that if she did not attend the hearings, there would be a warrant for her arrest and she'll be placed on a wanted list. However, her lawyer again said, "Her current state of health isn't very good. We submitted her hospital diagnosis to the court." When asked about what was wrong, he revealed that he could not say anything.
