Singer Chae Yeon successfully pulled off the dive she's been preparing for despite her fears.

On April 6th, China's ZJSTV aired the first episode of its diving survival program, and Korean singer Chae Yeon appeared as one of the contestants.

The singer wore a black-and-white, one-piece swimsuit and screamed, "Fighting," as she dove off a 5m (~16ft 4in) spring board. Her safe and neat dive netted her a combined score of 25.5 points from the judges.

Chae Yeon, who suffers from a fear of water and heights, moved viewers as she tearfully spoke about her hardships training for the program. Go, Chae Yeon!
