Se7en talks about enlisting in the army at the '2013 Severance Love Sharing Concert'

Se7en had already announced that he would be entering into the army soon, and he mentioned it again at the '2013 Severance Love Sharing Concert' which took place at Yonsei University on the 7th.

Before his performance, he addressed the crowd, stating, "I'm going to be leaving to the army. For a bit, I'm going to leave not as the singer Se7en, but as the solider Choi Dong Wook. Before I go, to be honest I'm a little busy. I have to prepare for the concert the day after tomorrow, and I have a lot of things to organize. Even so, I think I did really well�taking�time out to be here with you all. I hope you enjoy today until the end. I'm going to protect the country, so please share love with the people around you that need it."
