Netizens reminisce on K-pop history through an idol group timeline

With the heavy influx of idol groups in today's K-pop scene, netizens took the time to reminisce on K-pop history through an idol group timeline.

A photo of the timeline was uploaded recently onto an online community site under the title, "idol debut timeline". The timeline highlights some of the debuts of the first and second generation idol stars.

'First generation idols' that made their debut in the '90s include H.O.T, Sechs Kies, S.E.S., Shinhwa, Fin.K.L, and�g.o.d. The '2nd generation idols' who made their debut in the 21st century include BoA, Psy, TVXQ, Super Junior, Big Bang, Wonder Girls, KARA, and Girls' Generation, just to name a few.

Netizens commented, "This reminds me of the good old days", "My favorite artists are on the top of the list", and "I wish they also added more recent debuts."
