Hailing from the state of Michigan, USA, 21-year-old Nicole Curry surprised the judges with her performance on the latest episode of 'K-Pop Star 2'.
Counting 2NE1's CL as her role model, Nicole has always been fond of music and dancing, she said. "I feel the most alive when I dance," she recalled.
Although it was her first time in Korea, she was able to relax and perform "Price Tag" by Jessie J, surprising the judges by her charismatic voice and easy rhythm.
The judges praised her performance. "I like you," Yang Hyun Suk simply said, doing the best he could with his English. "All of your gestures feel like you're truly expressing yourself," BoA added.
