Gary confessed that he was suffering from the 'Monday Disease' to Song Ji Hyo.
On the October 14th episode, the two became one team for 'Running Man' once again. Since the two had technically 'broken up' since the revealing of Song Ji Hyo's real-life romance, the two had put a halt to the 'Monday Couple', but on this episode they were put together in the same car. Gary described how he felt by saying, "You know how couples who break up and meet again later are awkward? I think right now we're that awkward couple who met by chance."
He continued to say, "I have a bit of the 'Monday Disease'. After the 'Monday Couple' broke up, I feel like I should date someone and become a couple." He also added, "Honestly, I can't really tell that Moon Geun Young is that pretty", setting a romantic tone.
However, when Song Ji Hyo said, "Can you say that in front of her?", he answered, "Nope", ending the romantic mood right away.
