After School's UEE and 2PM's Taecyeon may star in the upcoming KBS drama 'Jeon Woo Chi'.
On the 30th, several insiders reported that the two idols were likely candidates for the new drama.�UEE, who has played supporting roles in dramas such as 'You are Beautiful', 'Birdy Buddy', and 'Ojakgyo Brothers', will possibly be playing the lead this time around. Taecyeon also has experience acting in the hit dramas 'Cinderella's Sister' and 'Dream High'.
Pledis Entertainment commented, "It's true that an offer has come in, but nothing's been confirmed. We're currently considering the project."
Taecyeon's agency JYP Entertainment stated, "...It'd be difficult for him to star in the drama at the moment. Reports saying that he's been cast in 'Jeon Woo Chi' are false."
'Jeon Woo Chi' is the story of a monk who travels to Joseon in pursuit of revenge and stays to become a hero.�The drama is set to air in November as the follow-up project to 'Nice Guy'.
