After celebrating her birthday today, Girl's Day member Hyeri took the time to visit Twitter and thank her fans for congratulating her on turning 19.

In addition, fans were greeted with a gift themselves as Hyeri posted a new selca (above) with the message, adorably pouting while crouching amid presents, gift bags and a cake all from fans.
